Esoft Acquires Norwegian Photography Firm Inviso – Strengthens Nordic Leadership

Esoft, a leading provider of digital marketing solutions for the real estate industry, has acquired Inviso, Norway's largest supplier of digital marketing services for real estate agents.

This acquisition comes just two months after Esoft’s purchase of the Danish company Pro-Plan Interaktiv A/S and is part of a broader strategy to provide services to real estate agents across the Nordic region.

A Perfect Match

Founded in 2004, Inviso has established itself as Norway’s leading provider of photography and other visual products for property listings.

A Cornerstone in an Ambitious Growth Strategy

The acquisition of Inviso is a key element in a carefully planned growth strategy developed by Esoft in collaboration with its new majority owner, private equity firm Polaris.

The purchase price has not been disclosed by the parties.
