1. Use of the Service

EFKT connects with platforms like TikTok on your behalf. You authorize us to access and manage your connected TikTok account through official APIs. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok account.

EFKT is not responsible for content removed or restricted by TikTok, nor for any changes to their platform, API, or policies.

3. User Content and Conduct

You grant us a non-exclusive license to process and deliver content as part of the platform’s functionality.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Post or distribute infringing, defamatory, or harmful content

• Circumvent TikTok API rate limits or terms

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Service Availability

EFKT aims for high availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Data Handling and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. When using TikTok integrations, we only access the minimum data necessary and never sell user data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or any misuse of third-party APIs.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

EFKT provides the Service “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or third-party integrations like TikTok.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or platform notice.
