In 2022, we took a bold step forward when Polaris Private Equity acquired Esoft, fueling our ambition to expand and create greater impact across the Nordic region. This partnership enabled us to integrate additional expertise by acquiring Pro-Plan Interaktiv and Zigna in Denmark, as well as Norway’s Inviso, merging into the EFKT brand—a Nordic powerhouse committed to providing unmatched digital solutions for real estate.
